In spite of its bad press, some stress in life is important for growth and self-preservation. Charlotte outlines the differences between good stressors and chronic ones in this video, then guides you through an exercise to explore the difference.
Charlotte trained with Jim Tarran at the Vajrasati School in Brighton (500 hours), influenced by a Buddhist approach and done further training with Judith Lasater, Tias Little, Donna Farhi and Cathy-Mae Karelse to draw together a somatic, mindful and compassionate teaching style that respects our body’s individual needs. A specialism in stress helps her teach with sensitivity for the overload and business that we face in modern life.
