Laura Inserra is a world-renowned sound alchemist, multi-instrumentalist, educator, public speaker, and multimedia producer. She lives and creates at the confluence of global music, ancient wisdom traditions, and cutting-edge technology.

Both a self-taught and classically trained musician, Laura plays hundreds of modern and ancient instruments from around the world, including many made by her. Her work is rooted in 30+ years of global cross-cultural studies as well as the direct observation of nature.

Combining her intimate knowledge of music with her spiritual studies, Laura developed MetaMusic Healing, gaining recognition in the NYT bestseller “Your Brain on Art" by Ivy Ross and Susan Magsamen. Her work has been chosen by Johns Hopkins for a research project around the therapeutic benefits of music and its impact in psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Laura facilitates transformative leadership retreats and corporate programs with senior executive teams of companies such as Google X, Walmart, and Synergos. She creates custom-made experiences tailored to the particular needs of the gathering, using music as meaningful entertainment, a tool to create group cohesion, and a boost for intuition and creativity.

Her approach is based on a combination of immersive sound experiences, creative explorations, personal development tools, and teachings from different wisdom schools. In these immersive and experiential presentations participants relax, wonder, explore, play, create, connect, regenerate, integrate, evolve.
