Jean is an author and yoga teacher and has taught yoga, mindful movement and meditation since 1996. Though connecting with breath as the source for movement and the earth for support, Jean offers a somatic style of vinyasa yoga and movement which stems from a listening and feeling within, so the body’s knowing wisdom and resilience can be sensed and valued.
She weaves traditional and contemporary principles into her teaching to deepen embodied awareness with felt presence and open-heartedness to safely draw participants to true potential and confidence.
A short breath centred session that guides you through restful poses and gentle movement to unwind from the day. Recommended props: Bolster or stacked pillows/ cushions.
