Adelene met yoga in her early 20’s, and very soon followed her passion to teach and share this ancient practice. Born in Malaysia, she spent her time between Europe and Asia, traveling and teaching. She enjoys hiking, scuba diving, horse riding and cheesecakes.
Adelene believes in supporting and guiding her students to unveil their fullest potential. She is particularly interested in the therapeutic applications of yoga. Her classes are inquiry based, educational and exploratory, reflective and empowering.
Based in London, Adelene teaches internationally, with a special interest in scoliosis and spinal therapeutics, restorative yoga and yoga nidra meditation.
