Everything is Your Path Introduction

Join Trudy Goodman for a special event, Everything is Your Path: Mindfulness for Your Whole Life. The event will include talks, guided meditations, and mindfulness techniques to apply to various aspects of your everyday life including relationships, the body, service... Engaging mindfulness has been proven to increase presence and positivity in your life. The reality is that spiritual practice does not have to be separate from your everyday activities. There are simple techniques to get in touch with your most alive and awake self that can be employed throughout your day.

A portion of the event will include Q&A where you can submit questions about applying mindfulness in your own life.

This event is a free introduction to Trudy’s forthcoming 6-Month Course where she will guide participants in an in-depth exploration of various aspects of life that can benefit from mindfulness practice.

Trudy Goodman is an enduring voice in contemporary Buddhist Meditation.

A Vipassana teacher in the Theravada lineage and the Founding Teacher of InsightLA, Trudy teaches retreats at centers around the world.

After becoming a mother, Trudy was fascinated by human development, and studied with Jean Piaget in Geneva, Carol Gilligan, Lawrence Kohlberg, and Jerome Bruner at Harvard. Trudy co-founded a school for distressed children, practicing mindfulness-based psychotherapy with children, parents, teenagers, couples and individuals. She enjoys the company of kids of all ages and has kept her own child-like wonder and curiosity about the world she loves.
